Please note that digital translation tools and apps may produce errors when translating resolutions and discussions. Use them with care.
Participants are welcome to take the floor and speak in English when addressing an agenda item and in general at the AGM.
There are various technological tools that can make it easier to participate in a physical meeting with your own English translation.
Test the apps beforehand, perhaps in a conversation with friends, to ensure that the translation is fast and clear.

- Free, supports real-time speech and text translation.
- Allows downloading language packs for offline use (useful if the internet is unstable).
- Can display translations on screen or send them to your own earbuds.
Google Translate
- Free and easy to use.
- Supports real-time speech translation, text, and images.
- Offline language packs available.
VoiceTra
- Specifically designed for speech-to-speech translation.
- Can be useful in informal conversations and while mingling at the meeting.
